* Collaborate with service, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
* Support engineering change management activities to ensure improvements are effectively deployed across the product portfolio
What we expect from you
* Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or another relevant technical field
* Experience in product quality engineering within a hardware development environment
* Experience working with both new product introduction and quality improvement of existing products
* Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
* Experience with structured quality methodologies such as 8D, DFMEA, or fault tree analysis
* Good understanding of verification, validation, and test planning for complex technical products
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams
