Professional Drivers for Bus, Minibus and Truck

Ulf Trulsen AS, Senja Tours and Finnsnes Termotransport are looking for skilled and reliable professional drivers to join our operations in Finnsnes.

We are looking for

• Bus drivers – Category D for coach/tour bus and passenger transport

• Minibus drivers – Category D1

• Truck drivers – Category C/CE for freight transport, distribution and long-haul transport

Flexible shift and rotation schedules

We offer several work arrangements and aim to find a solution that suits each individual driver:

• Full-time positions with regular working hours

• 14/14 rotation – 14 days working / 14 days off

• Monthly rotation – one month working / one month off

• Other rotation schedules by agreement

• Our rotation schedules are particularly suitable for drivers who wish to commute between their home country and Norway, while enjoying longer periods of time off.

Accommodation and housing

• We can assist drivers who wish to relocate to Norway in finding accommodation in the Finnsnes area.

• For drivers who prefer to commute, we can also look into affordable accommodation during working periods, such as:

• Rooms

• Apartments

• Modular accommodation

• Other suitable housing solutions

• Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to combine working with us with living and family life in your home country.

We help you with the transition to Norway

For candidates from the Nordic countries and EU/EEA, we can provide guidance and practical assistance with matters related to starting work in Norway, including:

• Driving licences and Driver CPC / YSK

• Norwegian rules and requirements

• Tax registration

• Housing and accommodation

• Other practical and administrative matters

We assess each candidate individually and aim to find good solutions regarding work arrangements, rotation schedules, accommodation and commuting.

About Finnsnes

Finnsnes is located in Senja Municipality in Troms, Northern Norway, and is an important transport and regional centre in Mid-Troms. The area offers spectacular Northern Norwegian nature, while Finnsnes has an active business community and good local services.

We are looking for someone who

• Holds a Category D, D1, C or CE driving licence, depending on the position

• Holds the required Driver CPC / YSK

• Is a safe and responsible driver

• Is service-minded and professional

• Works well independently and is flexible

• Speaks Norwegian (or another Scandinavian langiage) and/or English

• Previous professional driving experience is an advantage.
