* Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory and field solutions teams to ensure consistent market offering and high customer satisfaction.
* Report on business development and sales performance regularly to the Commercial Director.
Be a trusted technical partner

What will help you succeed?
We are looking for an experienced professional who understands the micro-organism-based solutions market and knows how to turn technical expertise into commercial success.
You will ideally bring:
* A bachelors or masters degree in agricultural sciences or a related field. Additional qualifications in business, management or plant protection are an advantage.
* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including proven success in technical sales and business development within the agricultural input sector.
* A strong understanding of agricultural markets, distribution channels and commercial business practices.
* Excellent sales, negotiation and business development skills.
* An established network within the agricultural input industry is an advantage.
* Fluency in English and Swedish – Finnish and other Scandinavian language skills are a bonus.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
In addition
You are likely to thrive in this role if you are:
* Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results.
* Adaptable and curious, willing to learn quickly and embrace new challenges.
* Collaborative and communicative, able to build trust with customers and colleagues.
* Reliable and honest, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering on promises.
What to expect
* A regional role with responsibility for business growth across Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
* The opportunity to combine commercial leadership with technical expertise in plant care.
* Close collaboration with customers, distributors and cross-functional teams.
* A hybrid working arrangement.
* Travel of up to approximately 50% of working time, mainly within Nordic territory, with occasional international travel for training and meetings.
A valid passport and driving license are required. The role also involves occasional visits to agricultural, field and factory environments.
