Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Own and deliver full-cycle AI driven and automated recruitment projects
• Source, engage, and assess candidates together with AI Native Recruiter for multiple roles and markets
• Leverage AI Recruiters for interviews and structured assessments
• Present high-quality shortlists and manage feedback loops
• Drive business development and grow a personal client portfolio
• Manage statistics and success metrics by using AI to automate screening, ranking, campaigns, and content generation
• Maintain accurate pipelines and ensure recruitment process excellence
• Collaborate on platform improvements and best practices
• Contribute to the growth of a global AI-native staffing network

Requirements:

• Engagement begins as freelance/contractor with incentive-based, joint venture model
• Ability to invoice and receive payments in EUR as agreed
• Reliable internet connectivity and remote-ready setup
• High professional ethics, data privacy awareness, and compliance mindset

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing
• Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment
• Demonstrated sales orientation and client acquisition experience
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Experience working with or exposure to BPO and outsourced processes
• Comfort working with AI and automation tools in recruiting
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple international assignments
