Are you an active and proactive multi-talent who is handy with tools and keeps a smile on their face even when busy?

Safety and outdoor areas: You will keep the yard and parking areas clean, shovel snow in the winter, and prevent slipperiness to ensure it is always safe to visit us.
-
Property technology and quick fixes: You will monitor the operation of technical equipment, perform basic maintenance, and react quickly to everyday minor repair needs.
-
Annual maintenance management: You will monitor and carry out the property's planned maintenance (e.g., changing filters) and coordinate external professionals when necessary.
-
Cleaning: You will do your part in keeping the common areas tidy together with the rest of the team.
-
Acting as an everyday hero: You will help flexibly with various operational tasks, such as receiving goods, arranging furniture, or other situations where extra hands are needed.
What do we hope from you?
-
A proactive, practical, and flexible approach to work – you see what needs to be done and take action.
-
Understanding of property technology and the ability to do minor repairs. Previous experience in property maintenance is a big plus!
-
A customer service mindset. You are part of the service experience, and you always treat our customers and colleagues in a friendly manner.
-

What do we offer? We offer you a mobile, varied, and independent job where you can see the results of your work immediately. You will be supported by an awesome team and seasonal employee benefits across all our services.
The employment relationship is part-time and permanent. The salary is determined according to pay grade 4 (skilled worker) of the MaRa collective agreement, taking your previous work experience into account (starting from €13.70 - €15.04 / h). Work begins on October 1, 2026.
